Extension of a Sitting
The Speaker or Chairman may extend a sitting for up to 30 minutes beyond the moment of interruption to allow a Member to complete his speech or to allow the completion of any part of the business for that sitting. (See also Moment of Interruption) SO 2(5)(d).
